- We deliver to countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
- Free shipping is available for orders over €99; otherwise, a €8 shipping fee applies.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch (delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier service).
- We ship from warehouses located within the EU and/or the UK depending on product availability and the delivery destination.
If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate parcels; you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.

RETURN POLICY

You may return eligible products within 30 days from the delivery date.

Condition of products: returns are accepted only for new items (unused and unopened, with original seals/packaging intact, where applicable).

Return method: returns must be sent by post to the return address provided by our customer support team.

Return shipping label: the return label/shipping arrangement is the customer’s responsibility (we do not provide a return label for standard returns).
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a return label or equivalent instructions -
Restocking fees: no restocking fee is charged.

Refund processing time: once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund within 7 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless you choose a gift card of the same value. -
Important: due to the nature of food and human-consumption products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered items.
